About Us

North Carroll Soccer Club (NCSC) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven soccer club located in Hampstead, Maryland (Northeast Carroll County). NCSC serves players in all areas of Carroll County as well as communities in Northern Baltimore County, MD and Southern PA. We are a proud member of Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) and US Soccer. NCSC offers soccer training and league opportunities for boys and girls born from 2018 to 2011. Our Mission

Our mission is to create an environment that facilitates development and success for soccer players while building character and igniting a love of the game. Our ultimate objective is to provide a platform where players constantly learn, flourish, and are challenged – empowering them to reach their fullest potential both on and off the pitch.

We strive to:

• Identify & develop the best in players
• Prepare players for competition on & off the pitch
• Promote a high sense of personal achievement
• Encourage players to be leaders in the community
